| Wine
tasting notes
|
Strong ruby red,
with purple highlights tending to garnet red during
ageing, it has a delicate scent which reminds
blackberries, full-bodied, fruity and persisting
in the mouth. |

Gastronomic Combinations
|
The combination with
goose liver, as well as robust meat dishes, strong
and mature cheese but also with melon and pastries
is interesting, it is definitely a great “meditation“
wine. |
