Wine
tasting notes
|
Harvesting at the
end of October gives the grapes a special golden
colouring with amber highlights, among the intense
and very persisting fragrances we notice apricot,
honey and dried fig scents, making it an outstanding
sweet wine. |

Gastronomic
Combinations |
Apart from traditional
combinations like goose liver and marbled cheese
it is a wonderful match for seafood and shellfish
as well as for fish like the turbot and the bass.
Taste it also with meat, game or crisp duck with
honey sauce. |
