Wine tasting notes
Harvesting at the end of October gives the grapes a special golden colouring with amber highlights, among the intense and very persisting fragrances we notice apricot, honey and dried fig scents, making it an outstanding sweet wine.
Gastronomic Combinations
Apart from traditional combinations like goose liver and marbled cheese it is a wonderful match for seafood and shellfish as well as for fish like the turbot and the bass. Taste it also with meat, game or crisp duck with honey sauce.
